Press Release from AnimfxNZ 2009

It is with great pleasure that we open the registration for AnimfxNZ 2009! This is our fourth year, and we have another fantastic line-up of international speakers eagerly awaiting the trip down to New Zealand.

Last year was a great success with over 300 attendees and the first ever Massive Black & Concept.org art workshop in the Southern Hemisphere. It's going to be hard to top, but we think that this year's AnimfxNZ will be even better!

We have a greater number international speakers coming down and more content than last year. The calibre of speakers is exceptional with leaders in Animation, Games, Visual Effects and Technology all presenting and participating in workshops during AnimfxNZ.

This year's event will take place over three days and offer more workshops, tutorials and keynote presentations than ever before. On top of this, hot lunches, cocktail parties and the Sidhe Big Night closing party will make AnimfxNZ 2009 a must-attend event for anyone working in, or interested in, the Digital Entertainment Industries.

New for 2009, stand-alone Games, Animation and VFX Master Classes on Thursday November 5th will also available as a single-ticket add-ons.

The NZ GAV Trust has spent a lot of time and passion bringing AnimfxNZ together for another year, and we look forward to seeing you all soon in Wellington!
