MPC’s R&D team will give fascinating insight into the technology that drives the pictures at SIGGRAPH 2010. Focused presentations will demonstrate the bespoke technical solutions developed to achieve the visual treats seen in such effects heavy 2010 releases as; Clash of the Titans, The Wolfman and Prince of Persia as well as the challenges of developing visual effects in a truly global production pipeline.

MPC will also be back on the hunt for talented and creative individuals to join our expanding team. With capacity set to increase in both London and Vancouver in order to fulfill loads of exciting projects across film and commercials there really is no better time to join MPC. Our recruitment team will have a booth at SIGGRAPH’s job fair where they will be meeting with key individuals and interviewing for specific roles.
MPC’s current slate of work really does go to show why we are a world leader in digital visual effects.
On the Film side; the Vancouver crew are hard at work concentrating on Zach Snyder’s Kung Fu extravaganza Sucker Punch; while London is currently completing work on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 & 2 and Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader. They are also excited to be ramping up to begin work on Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. As ever, the Commercials team is following up their award-winning work with a number of exciting new projects.
