The Mediawave International Visual Arts Festival will present films that are ousted from traditional distribution venues and can rarely be seen in movie theaters or on TV, including animation films based on techniques expanding the limits of animation. The program includes East-West meetings; photographic and fine art exhibitions; contemporary, improvised, alternative and folk music concerts; as well as theater, performance and dance works.
