Cartoon Art Museum Hosts Winter Cartooning Classes for Parents and Children

Celebrate the end of the year with fun classes that will have adults and kids teaming up to create their own cartoons at the Cartoon Art Museum! These classes will take place over the winter holiday break on December 27th and 28th.  The cost of materials and Cartoon Art Museum admission is included in the tuition fee.

Cartoon Art Museum Class:  
Tuesday, December 27th and Wednesday, December 28th, 2011, 11am-1pm

December 27th (Thursday) Heroes and Villians
Ages: Parents/Guardians and Children (7 to 12 years old) recommended
Time: 11am - 1pm

Cost: $10 per person (all children must be accompanied by an adult, ideally no more than two children per parent)

About: In this Adult/Kid combo class we will create our own Hero and Villain characters while learning some of the basics of cartooning.

December 28th (Wednesday) Critters, Creatures and Monsters
Ages: Parents/Guardians and Children (7 to 12 years old) recommended
Time: 11am - 1pm

Cost: $10 per person (all children must be accompanied by an adult, ideally no more than two children per parent)

About: Adults and Kids team up to create their own Critters, Creatures and Monsters whether they be scary, cute or something else. The class will teach basic cartooning skills mixed with lots of fun creativity challenges.
