Kenworth, Leslie Iwerks wrote "The Hand Behind the Mouse: An Intimate Biography of Ub Iwerks." The book relates the story of one of the most famous animators of the century - a technical genius, director, photographer, and inventor. From "Mickey Mouse" to "The Multiplane," with over 200 film credits to his name, Ub was a mentor to some of the industry's finest animators, including Friz Freleng and Chuck Jones.
