The 2nd Annual New York Lower East Side Film Festival is a new, grass roots, competitive event showcasing independent films with no distribution deal but plenty of originality and entertainment value. On the leading edge of digital/video technology, movies will be screened in unconventional, unexpected Lower East Side restaurants, bars and assorted nooks. Categories include: Animation, Shorts, Features, and Documentaries. Entry fees are: $15 for films under 45 min., and $25 for films over 45 min.
