Endemano Takes BVITV Financial Reigns

Mark Endemano has joined Buena Vista International Television (BVITV) as vp, finance, Europe, Middle East & Africa. He will oversee all aspects of the international TV distributors financial operations including financial reporting, cost control, liaising with BVITVs operations in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, and producer group support.

He becomes a member of BVITVs senior executive team, delivering strategic, operational and financial input. Endemano will be based in London and report directly to Tom Toumazis, svp/md, EMEA, BVITV

Endemano joins recent BVITV recruits Alison Homewood (vp, sales BVITV), former BBC Worldwide deputy md, and BVITV vp, portfolio development group Philippe Maigret, formerly of DreamWorks. In 2002, Steve Copestake joined from BSkyB, where he was head of marketing communications.

Endemano was director of media in Deloittes consulting practice, where, since 2002, he had been a member of the UK Leadership Team in the companys Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) practice. Endemano joined Deloitte following the integration of the organization with Andersen Business Consulting. Endemano was at Andersen for 10 years and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Endemano previously worked with BVITV on a program to transform its business processes through the development of a new integrated rights management system. Hes worked with a wide range of media and entertainment clients, including Universal Pictures International, Channel 4 and Reuters.

Buena Vista International Television is the distribution arm of Walt Disney Television International (WDTV-I), which is responsible for The Walt Disney Companys branded and non-branded program distribution, broadcasting and media investments. BVITV distributes more than 30,000 hours of programming, and services the distribution of programming from the Fox Kids Europe (FKE) and BVS portfolios, to more than 1,300 broadcasters across 240 territories.
