Continuing its worldwide expedition, the LightWave 7.5 Character Animation Tour consists of in-depth training on intermediate and advanced methods and techniques including modeling as related to character setup, character rigging, animation concepts and features, and advanced animation techniques. After being well received at its first two stops, Tour presenter Ford Entertainment Group has announced that the Tour will continue through spring 2003 with additional Canadian, U.S. and worldwide dates. Lead trainer for the Tour is Todd Grimes, creative principal of Evil Plan Studios, an artist-owned and operated studio that focuses on education and creative growth in the animation industry (www.evil-plan.com). Todd has worked for numerous studios including Threshold Entertainment, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros. Additionally, classes will feature guest appearances by industry artists, including Brad Peebler, president of Luxology. There is still limited space available for the Los Angeles stop on November 16 and 17, 2002. For additional information on Tour dates and to register for classes, visit the Ford Entertainment Group International Web site at www.fordentertainmentgroup.com.
