John Nelson: The Visual Effects of THE SORCERER’S APPRENTICEAcademy Award winner John Nelson displays the creation of plenty of electrifying mayhem in the live-action version of The Sorcerer's Apprentice, as well as a nod to the famous Disney animated mop scene from Fantasia.

Paul Franklin: The Visual Effects of INCEPTIONPaul Franklin, Visual Effects Supervisor, and founder of Double Negative explains how he made "...some of Inception's most enthralling effects (…) pure visual virtuosity." (Richard Corliss, Time Magazine.)

Richard Stammers: The Visual Effects of ROBIN HOODRichard Stammers, Visual Effects Supervisor, MPC. One of MPC’s main challenges was to create the invading French Armada and the ensuing battle with the English army. A combination of matte painting and CG projections were used to recreate medieval London.

Craig Hammack: The Visual Effects of THE LAST AIRBENDERFor The Last Airbender, director M. Night Shyamalan turned to Industrial Light & Magic to create dynamic fighting scenes featuring elemental manipulation, as well as complex creatures and environments. Associate VFX supervisor Craig Hammack will take us through some of ILM's main technical challenges.
