In the comedy GHOST TOWN, on DVD/Blu-ray from Paramount Home Ent. on December 28, Bertram Pincus (Ricky Gervais) is a man whose people skills leave much to be desired. When, Pincus dies unexpectedly and but is miraculously revived after seven minutes, he wakes up to discover that he now has the annoying ability to see ghosts. Even worse, they all want something from him, particularly Frank Herlihy (Greg Kinnear), who pesters him into breaking up the impending marriage of his widow Gwen (Tea Leoni). That puts Pincus squarely in the middle of a triangle, with spirited results. VFX for the film were done by RhinoFX.

Using cell phones, LED signs, television screens and other commonplace technology to pass on instructions, the mystery woman ensnares the unwitting pair in a vast and unthinkable plot. As the situation escalates and they become the nation's most wanted fugitives, these two ordinary people must work together to discover who is manipulating them and why.
