BIG LOVE's Daviegh Chase will reprise her role as Donnie's little sister Samantha, who in the new film will be 18 and on a road trip with her best friend Corey when strange visions begin to consume her conscience. Cast will also include Ed Westwick (TV's GOSSIP GIRL), Briana Evigan (STEP UP 2: THE STREETS) and Justin Chatwin (THE INVISIBLE).

DONNIE DARKO creator Richard Kelly has been consulted for the project, but he is not involved officially.
