Joystiq.com reports that Activision has officially announced that DJ HERO will hit stores on Oct. 27 in the U.S. and "late October" elsewhere. Activision still hasn't confirmed whether the price rumors of $120 for the standard version and $200 for the Renegade Edition are true.
The game features 93 mixes from 100 individual tracks. The title will feature a guitar mode that will be compatible with ROCK BAND guitars and microphones. The mics will provide gamer's friends to ad their own improvised raps to the experience.
