Disney’s ‘Frozen’ Wins Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature

Disney’s Frozen beats DreamWorks Animation’s The Croods and Universal’s Despicable Me 2 for the award for Best Animated Feature Film at the 71st Golden Globes awards ceremony.

At the 71st Golden Globes awards ceremony presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Sunday night at the Beverly Hilton, Disney’s Frozen took home the prize for Best Animated Feature Film.

The musical fairy tale adaptation beat out DreamWorks Animation’s The Croods and Universal’s Despicable Me 2.

Frozen directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck accepted the award for The Walt Disney Studios, giving special thanks to both John Lasseter and Ed Catmull:
