Director Clay Staub Joins R+H

Rhythm + Hues Commercial Studios has announced the addition of Clay Staub to its roster of award-winning live-action and vfx directors. Staub, an admitted techie, is highly regarded for his expertise in both the commercial and feature film arenas. From cars and tires to cereal and orange juice, his extensive list of spot credits mingles with large scale Hollywood projects, including serving as 2nd unit director on the 2004 remake of DAWN OF THE DEAD and the adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel 300.

"The collaboration process is essential," explained Staub. "The ability to look at projects from all angles to find the right combination that best serves the concept's needs is key to success. At Rhythm + Hues, all the right tools for collaborating and elevating the creative process are there. I'm excited for all of us involved as we find new opportunities to develop and grow together as artists."

Paul Babb, executive producer at R+H Commercial Studios, has equal enthusiasm for Staub. "It is Clay's remarkable ability to approach a project using both a creative and cinematic approach that initially got my attention," said Babb. "I was also impressed with his feature work, particularly his ability to compose extremely complex graphics and effects with live action, resulting in wild, but believable images. We are all looking forward to having Clay working with our team at Rhythm + Hues to create exceptional advertising."
