Warner Bros. CONSTANTINE (with vfx by by ESC Ent., Tippett Studio, Hydraulx and Spectrum Effects) slipped to third place with $12M and a not so impressive two-week total of $50.9M. CURSED, the Wes Craven werewolf flick from Dimension (with vfx from Sony Pictures Imageworks and Patrick Tatopoulos) debuted in the fourth spot with $9.6M. Sonys MAN OF THE HOUSE bowed in fifth place with $8.9M. Clint Eastwoods best picture Oscar-winner MILLION DOLLAR BABY settled for sixth place, knocking in another $7.3M and $64.8M for Warner Bros. Foxs BECAUSE OF WINN-DIXIE dropped to seventh place in its second week with $6.8M and $22.2M to date. Sonys ARE WE THERE YET? came in eighth with $4.1M and $76.4M. New Lines SON OF THE MASK (with vfx by ILM and Tippett Studio) fell to ninth with $3.8M and only $14M to date. Miramaxs THE AVIATOR (with vfx by Sony Pictures Imageworks and CaféFX), occupied the 10th spot while picking up five Oscars, with $$3.7M and a cume of $93.6M.
