DHX Media has made strategic personnel appointments to its senior team within the parent company, as well as within key operating divisions reflecting the increased activity and synergy across its production, distribution, consumer products and interactive divisions.

Toronto, London, 3 December 2009. DHX Media has made strategic personnel appointments to its senior team within the parent company, as well as within key operating divisions reflecting the increased activity and synergy across its production, distribution, consumer products and interactive divisions.
Anne Loi is promoted from Senior VP, Finance and Operations, DECODE Entertainment to Senior VP Finance and Operations, DHX Media. She continues to report to Steven DeNure, President/COO, DHX Media, while also working closely with CFO Dana Landry. Anne’s responsibilities have expanded to include working on overall operational aspects of the company, as well as continuing coordination of production finance and banking activities across DHX Media’s various divisions. Based in the company’s Toronto office, she also continues to oversee DECODE Interactive.
Anthony Jiwa is promoted to Director, Marketing, DECODE Enterprises working across all DHX Media’s production output and distribution library. Previously responsible for marketing at DHX subsidiary Studio B Productions, Anthony will remain based at DHX Media’s Vancouver office and will report to Josh Scherba, SVP Distribution, DECODE Enterprises.
DHX Media has also made a new appointment to spearhead its sales activity in Asia and Latin America. Craig McGillivray has been appointed Territory Manager for Asia, Japan and Latin America and will report to Josh Scherba. McGillivray joins DECODE Enterprises from Breakthrough Entertainment.
