Tim Dingersen, a designer, compositor and animator with experience in commercial and broadcast graphics, has joined Click 3x. Formerly of Curious Pictures, Dingersen has already completed his first assignment for Click 3x, a promotional campaign for Nickelodeon and is currently designing graphics for a long-form project for McDonald's (in conjunction with KanDoKid Films and director Jeff Kennedy).
"Although Tim is just a few years out of design school, he has great experience and has demonstrated that he has a true talent for design," said Click 3x creative director Iain Greenway. "He is a surprisingly versatile artist, both in terms of his technical skills and in his stylistic range. He will be an asset to us on many projects."
Dingersen earned a degree in computer art and design from Savannah College of Art & Design in Georgia in 2002. He then began his career with Curious Pictures as an assistant designer and compositor, with credits including the spot AIRSTREAM for Target and Petersen Milla Hooks, Minneapolis that combined HD live-action and graphic animation. In 2003, Dingersen began working as a freelancer and completed a number of assignments for the design house Brand New School, including broadcast graphics for MTV, ESPN and Comedy Central, as well as commercial for Sprite and other advertising.
"Click 3x does a nice mix of visual effects and design work," Dingersen said. "Here I have the chance to do high profile broadcast work for clients like Nick, high end commercials, and projects in other media, such as my current assignment for McDonald's."
