Rob Riggle (TV's THE DAILY SHOW) is in talks to play the top baddie in Columbia's adaptation of 21 JUMP STREET, reports Variety. He will appear alongside Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Ice Cube and Brie Larson. Phil Lord and Chris Miller (CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS) penned the script and will direct. Neal Moritz is the producer with Tatum and Hill exec producing. The original TV show's creator Stephen J. Cannell will get a posthumous producer credit.
