Cuppa Coffee Plans 'Life's a Zoo' Spinoff

Cuppa Coffee Studios announce a new deal with Australia’s Foxtel for the stop-motion animated series “Life’s a Zoo,” with a spinoff in the works.

Cuppa Coffee Studios’ Distribution arm, Decaf Distribution, has just signed a deal with Australian network Foxtel for a three-year deal for the Cuppa original stop-motion comedy Life's a Zoo. The series originally played on Teletoon in Canada and SBS in Australia.

"The show has proved wildly successful around the world not least Down Under, so we are thrilled that this second time around, Life's a Zoo has found a home at Foxtel,” said Cuppa Coffee’s Adam Shaheen.

The popularity of the series has lead Shaheen to resurrect the two main characters, Ray and Jake in a spin off show where the former  Life's a Zoo duo play incompetent cops trying to clear their names in a comedy titled The Pen.
