TV-Loonland has signed a 52-episode agreement with 4Kids Entertainment for animation series THE CRAMP TWINS. 4Kids Entertainment will serve as the exclusive merchandise licensing agent and representative of television broadcast and home video rights for the series within the United States. 4Kids Entertainment's ever-growing portfolio includes well-known children's properties such as POKÉMON, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES and YU-GI-OH! Created by Brian Wood, THE CRAMP TWINS is an offbeat series that follows the diametrically opposed 10 year-old twins Wayne and Lucien, who have nothing in common apart from their well-meaning but oblivious parents. THE CRAMP TWINS will join 4Kids Entertainments FOX BOX lineup beginning Saturday, February 8, 2003 at 11:00 am ET/PT, immediately following the world premiere of the all-new TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES. THE CRAMP TWINS premiered in the U.K. in September 2001 and is now in its second season on Cartoon Network U.K. and CBBC, and has an estimated 3.7 million viewers every week. The series has also been sold in over 52 countries worldwide. TV-Loonland and Cartoon Network Europe are currently co-producing another 26 x 30-minute episodes.
