Atomic Cartoons will roll into Cannes with its latest cartoon, CONEY ISLAND CARNEYS, created by animation artists Garnet Syberg-Olsen and Jared Deal. The series centers on the lives of eccentric carnival characters. According to Atomic, the series serves as a comedic social commentary, illustrating that being different is okay, and sometimes even better than being normal.'
