Flame artist Toni DiMauro has joined Click 3x. DiMauro is skilled in compositing, beauty work and design with diverse credits in commercial and broadcast media. She joins Click 3x from the freelance ranks and has recently worked with the studio in that capacity on projects for Road Runner High Speed Online and ESPN.
"Toni is a great artist with a broad skill set," said Click 3x exec producer Jason Mayo. "Versatility and talent are what we look for in artists and she has plenty of both." Mayo cited DiMauro's recent work for Click 3x on the title sequence for ESPN's coverage of the 2004 Heisman Trophy Awards broadcast as an example of the value she brings to the team. In that instance, she handled both design and compositing.
DiMauro has more than 10 years of experience on the Flame platform in a career that began with an earlier stint at Click 3x. Since then she has spent much of her time freelancing, but held a staff post at Blink.fx. For much of the past year, she worked through New York post house Sleeveless Prods. on projects for ESPN Classic and other broadcast accounts. She performed design and compositing work for promos for the series SPORTS CENTURY, REEL CLASSICS and INSTANT CLASSIC. Her earlier freelance assignments for Click 3x include commercials for Mervyn's, promos for BBC America's FOREVER JOHN CLEESE and the main title sequence for PBS' FRONTIER HOUSE.
In the commercial realm, DiMauro has earned especially high marks for her beauty work. As a freelancer, DiMauro had the opportunity to work on several Neutrogena, Revlon and Victoria's Secret spots.
