Summit Ent. has picked up a spec script based on Laura Whitcomb's teen novel A CERTAIN SLANT OF LIGHT from producer Kristin Hahn, reports Variety. Titled IN THE FLESH, the story follows a female spirit who has been dead for over 130 years who falls in love with another spirit that teaches her how to inhabit a human body.

Hahn will also produce with THE TWILIGHT SAGA's Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey,

Hahn was a co-producer on THE TIME TRAVELER'S WIFE and an exec producer on THE DEPARTED and THE SWITCH, which starred her friend Jennifer Aniston.
