Universal has released a new trailer for Despicable Me 2, which shows super-villain Gru filled with a concern for his young charges that is downright parental, and introduces the infamous anti-villain league.

Produced by Illumination Entertainment and distributed by Universal Pictures, Despicable Me 2 features the voice of Steve Carell as Gru along with the voices of Kristen Wiig, Miranda Cosgrove, Russell Brand, Steve Coogan, Ken Jeong, and Al Pacino as the movie's main villain.
