Michael Bay is in closing talks to take the helm of a fourth TRANSFORMERS film, reports Vulture. Part of the negotiations is Paramount backing Bay's pet project PAIN AND GAIN about idiot bodybuilders that kidnap a Miami businessman and leave him for dead only to be hunted down by him and the private eye he hires. Vulture also shot down rumors that the fourth film might be a prequel.
