Adam Cozad, who recently wrote Paramount's Jack Ryan reboot, has been tapped by New Regency's ARCHANGEL, reports Variety. Joseph Kosinski (TRON: LEGACY) is set to direct.

Originally penned by Andrew Will, the story follows a government agency set to hunt down aliens hiding within the human population.

Navid McIlhargey is shepherding for the studio. Scott Free is co-producing.

Cozad's adaptation of Mark Greaney's novel GRAY MAN wound up on the 2010 Black List, the list of top un-produced scripts. The project is now set up at New Regency and Shine Group.
