New Regency has picked up the rights to the feature adaptation of FRAGGLE ROCK, reports Deadline.com. The Jim Henson Co. and the Montecito Picture Co. will produce the film. The decision has not been made whether it will use puppets or be a live-action/CG animation hybrid. The original series ran on HBO for five seasons starting in 1983.
