Elton John and Lady Gaga will perform the song "Hello, Hello" for the upcoming GNOMEO & JULIET (Feb. 11, 2011 from Touchstone Pictures). The love song will be heard when the two garden gnomes (voiced by James McAvoy and Emily Blunt) first meet, and features both new and vintage John hits.

The garden gnome-inspired riff on ROMEO AND JULIET is produced in association with John's Rocket Pictures with partner David Furnish, and is directed by Kelly Asbury (SHREK 2) and produced by Baker Bloodworth (POCAHONTAS) and Steve Hamilton Shaw. Starz Animation in Toronto made the film, which will be released in 3-D.
