Korea's Biggest Toon Leafie Going Italian

Finecut's LEAFIE, the highest grossing animated feature in South Korean history, has picked up Italian distribution, reports Variety. Mediterranea Prods. will release the film with an Italian dub, in more than 50 screens.

Directed by Oh Sung-yoon, the film follows Leafie, a hen at a chicken farm who dreams of being free. After she escapes she finds herself the surrogate of a duck egg.
