While CARS raced away with the top Annie Award on Sunday, Feb.11, 2007, Randy Newman picked up the award for "Best Song Written for Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media" for "Our Town" from CARS at the 2007 Grammys. The film's album lost the "Best Compilation Soundtrack Album" award to WALK THE LINE and Bob Dylan took home "Best Solo Rock Vocal" award over John Mayer's "Route 66" for the animated Pixar film.
