Featuring animated film competitions, workshops and exhibitions, this festival will be held in the Seoul Animation Center and other venues. Categories of competition include feature films, short films, Internet, TV and video animation. There is no entry fee. Acceptable entry formats are NTSC, PAL, SECAM VHS tapes, Betacam SP, Digital Betacam (NTSC format only) and standard 16mm or 35mm with optical sound track.
