The Thessaloniki International Film Festival, the most important film festival in Greece, focuses on up-and-coming filmmakers and innovative forms of narration. The festival’s programming, special events and international guests have established Thessaloniki as a meeting place between filmmakers and Greek audiences. The Best Feature Film Award and the Special Jury Award are accompanied by cash prizes of €37,000 and €22.000, respectively, and awarded to both the director and the producer.
