BAF!: Bradford Animation Festival showcases the art of animation. The National Museum of Photography, Film & Television organizes the event. The festival also features talks, seminars and the BAF! Awards. There are eight categories for the awards: professional, non-professional, commercial/promotional, digital, experimental, films for children, TV series for children and shorts under 16-minutes. This year's focus will be animation in advertising and Japanese animation. Past winners include Emma Calder's THE QUEEN'S MONASTERY, Hilary Audus' THE BEAR, Chris Wedge's BUNNY, Tracy Spottiswoode's CODENAME CORGI and Derek Hayes' THE MIRACLE MAKER.
