The 3rd International Animation Festival of Tehran is a competitive festival, organized by the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children & Young Adults. It presents a broad program of the Iranian and international animation productions for exhibition and discussion. The primary goal of the festival is to show to Iranian audience the work of other animators around the world and to promote and develop a greater reflection of animators while broadening the cultural interchange between domestic and international artists.
