The TeamTO and CAKE co-production continues with a further 52 episodes, following success with the first two seasons already airing in over 150 territories worldwide.
London, UK -- Leading kids’ and family entertainment content distributor CAKE has revealed Angelo Rules season three is currently in production and will be launched next year. France Télévision is back as the commissioning broadcaster and deals are already locked in with Cartoon Network International and Super RTL.
The TeamTO and CAKE co-production will continue with a further 52 episodes, following success with the first two seasons already airing in over 150 territories worldwide. The new season will continue with the same 11 minute format that gained Angelo Rules an Emmy nomination for season two.
From elaborate plans to comic strategies, Angelo can sweet-talk and work his way around any problem. Sure, he’s got the usual obstacles – siblings, school rules, and of course his nemesis Tracy! But he’s a genius with a knack for getting out of trouble, and with the help of best friends Sherwood and Lola - you’ve got a winning trio.
Angelo Rules has been selected for the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival at the end of October, with the season two episode ‘The Candy Vault.’
