The Writer’s Guild of America has upheld a previous ruling regarding the credits on X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, reports Deadline.com. Jamie Moss, who adapted the original draft with Bryan Singer who devised the story, had appealed the ruling. Singer received story credit with Sheldon Turner, who penned the MAGNETO script that was incorporated into the final FIRST CLASS script. Ashley Miller & Zack Stentz and Jane Goldman & Matthew Vaughn will receive screenplay credits. Vaughn directed the film, which arrives in theaters on June 3.
