SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK has unseated WICKED as the top earner on Broadway, reports The New York Times via The Hollywood Reporter. SPIDER-MAN edged WICKED by $58, making $1,588,514. WICKED has an average ticket price of $109.76, while SPIDER-MAN averages $102.86. But SPIDER-MAN's home The Foxwoods Theater houses 1,930, while WICKED's Gershwin Theater houses 1,809. SPIDER-MAN cost $65 million to make and officially opens Feb. 7.
