Sony Home Ent. Shuffles Staff

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced a reshuffling of its executive ranks, reports VARIETY. John Calkins will become EVP of global digital and commercial innovation. With DVD sales falling, he will focus on new technologies, business affairs and global digital distribution.

Matt Brown will oversee North American sales and international business. John McMahon, who recently transitioned from Sony Pictures TV Int'l to help grown home video sales in Europe, reports to SPHE president David Bishop now.

EVP of business affairs Bob Rubin, digital distribution exec Sean Carey, and North American business manager Marshall Forster will all be leaving the division.

The Advanced Technologies group will now be under the Sony Pictures Technologies group, lead by Chris Cookson.
