Sony Pictures Animation’s monster hit, Hotel Transylvania, is getting a sequel.

According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Sony has just announced a September 25, 2015, release date for Hotel Transylvania 2.

The project is in the early development stages and has no director. Hotel Transylvania director Genndy Tartakovsky is moving on to direct Sony Pictures Animation’s Popeye movie project, which just got a release date of September 26, 2014.

Hotel Transylvania has grossed more than $253 million worldwide since opening September 28, exceeding expectations to become the highest-grossing SPA title ever.
