JAM Media has appointed Monster Entertainment to distribute animated series Funky Fables, 26 x 11 minutes. Commissioned by CBBC, the series will screen at MIPCOM Junior in October.

Funky Fables gives a new twist to your favorite fairy tales, including The Magic Mirror, who becomes tired of people’s vanity and embarks on a road trip of personal discovery, and Miss Muffet and Legs the Spider, a successful theatre double act…but what happens when Legs tries to go it alone?

The series also has optional online software, allowing the broadcaster to invite their audience to become the stars of the show.
