Ann Mather, the former CFO of Pixar Animation Studios, is set to join the board of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, reports Los Angeles Times. The company new equity owners are putting together their new nine-member board. Rumors have her as a possible chairmen candidate.

Mather serves on the boards of Netflix and Google. Before Pixar, she was CFO of Village Roadshow Pictures. Before that she held finance roles at Disney.
