Summit Ent. has decided to move THE DARKEST HOUR from the summer to winter, reports ComingSoon.net. The alien invasion film will now arrive on Dec. 23 instead of Aug. 5. Chris Gorak is directing with Timur Bekmambetov producing. Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Max Minghella, Rachael Taylor and Joel Kinnaman star in the film that finds tourists trapped in Moscow during an alien attack.
