Comics writer Steven John Busti has filed suit again DreamWorks Studios, Universal Pictures and Scott Mitchell Rosenberg's Platinum Studios claiming they stole his idea for COWBOYS & ALIENS, reports Deadline.com. Busti published a comic titled COWBOYS & ALIENS in BIZARRE FANTASY in 1994. That same year Comic Shop News ran a story about his C&A in the same issue as a profile of Rosenberg. In 2006, Platinum Studios launched its COWBOYS & ALIENS, which was the inspiration for the feature film.
