Chinese Box Office Record Set by 2012
2012 has broken the box office record in China with $67.3 million grossed so far, VARIETY reports.
The film surpassed TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN, the previous record holder, as China's box office numbers are set to grow 40 percent overall this year.
2012, which opened Nov. 13, had a release on 1,900 screens and is still showing in many theaters.
