Cartoon Network has ordered new seasons for two of its mainstay animated series along with new episodes for one newcomer, according to a report by The Hollywood Reporter.

The Emmy Award-winning Regular Show has been renewed for a fifth season, along with a third season of The Amazing World of Gumball, with web-turned-TV series Annoying Orange earning an order for additional episodes, the cable network announced this week.

Regular Show, which recently wrapped its third season, ranks as the number one show on Mondays from 7-9 p.m. among key boy demographics and number one among kids. Guests on this season on series, from JG Quintel and Cartoon Network Studios, have included Ed Asner and Thomas Haden Church.

BAFTA-winning Gumball is from Cartoon Network Studio Europe, becoming the number one program among kids and boys 2-11 and 6-11 on Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m.

Annoying Orange launched in June and ranks as the number one program on Mondays among all key boy demographics. The series hails from The Collective, Dane Boedigheimer and Tom Sheppard.

Time Warner-owned Cartoon Network is the number one network among boys ages 6-11 and is available in 99 million homes and 194 countries around the world. The network also has a sketch comedy series with Nick Cannon in the works.
