Burger King Spins Web With Spidey 2

Burger King Corp. announced the availability of eight kids meal toys based on Sony Pictures' SPIDER-MAN 2. These Spider-Active toys are Burger King's first premiums with sun-reveal technology that enables a secret Spidey symbol to appear when the toys are in sunlight. The premiums are available at participating Burger King restaurants nationwide with the purchase of a kids meal from June 28, 2004, to Aug. 8, 2004, while supplies last.

"The action and energy of Spider-Man is a perfect match with these toys that inspire kids to get up, get out and get active -- the first premium collection of its kind for Burger King Corp.," said Brian Gies, senior director of Youth and Family Marketing, Burger King Corp. "We are pleased to provide these outdoor activity premiums based on a character enjoyed by so many of our Guests."

Kids can collect all eight premiums: the Spidey-Speed Stopwatch, Spidey Web Ball, Spidey's Super Squirter, Energy Blast Doc Ock, Web Glider Spidey, Throw & Stick Spidey, Spidey Vision Scope and a set of three Spidey Web Flingers. Kids can collect the hidden images and go online to to match the symbol with the toy for special online prizes.
