Each year the Brussels Cartoon and Animated Film Festival programs the'crème de la crème' in international animation. It is one of the topfestivals on the international cartoon and computer generated imagescircuit. It features 150 to 200 films, plus premieres, originalretrospectives, exhibitions, "making of" programs and a host of top-rankingguests. The 2000 edition will happen February 29-March 11.
