Breakthrough Rockets To TOYFAIR With New Licensees For Atomic Betty

Breakthrough Animation enters the 2005 New York International TOYFAIR with an extensive lineup of international licensing deals in place for the companys animated series, ATOMIC BETTY.

Represented by Joy Tashjian Marketing Groups Joy Tashjian, ATOMIC BETTYs newest key licenses include, Adorable Kids for girls sleepware; The Betesh Group for slumber bags, character pillows, lighting, wall scrolls, etc.; Disguise Inc., for costumes and costume accessories; Happy Kids for girls sportswear, swimwear, fashion bottoms; Innovative Designs for portfolios, wire bound binder paper, theme books, composition notebooks, paper diaries, memo pads, assignment books, agendas, and memos; MeadWestVaco Corp. for ATOMIC BETTY 2006 & 2007 Calendars, World Trend Inc., for oral care and hair care; Armitron for watches and clocks; and Nanco for amusement and theme park toys.

These newest deals reflect the ever-growing popularity of the ATOMIC BETTY series and character, said Tashjian. Following Cartoon Networks announcement of a second ATOMIC BETTY season, we look forward to continuing to attract top licensing partners for the brand.

Toronto-based Breakthrough Animation was formed in 2003 when Breakthrough Films & Televisions co-founders Ira Levy and Peter Williamson joined forces with Gillis. Over the past 20 years, Executive Producers Ira Levy and Peter Williamson have built a creative partnership to establish themselves as one of Canadas most prolific providers of childrens, factual, drama, variety and lifestyle programming, having produced over 350 half-hours of programming in 2004 alone.
