Boomstone Ent. Starts Up Multi-Cultural Musical Children's Series

Boomstone Ent. Inc. is in production on a new childrens all Canadian animated project, LITTLE MELODY, featuring the musical adventures of Little Melody, her magical flute, Toot, and best friend and narrator Mrs Quill, a friendly Bluebird voiced by Margot Kidder (SUPERMAN, SMALLVILLE). Little Melody is slated for fall 2007 release.

LITTLE MELODY promotes the values of family, friendship and respect for other cultures for kids 4-8. Through a series of 26 meticulously researched animated episodes, each featuring 2x11 musical shorts, Kidder provides the narration as Little Melody travels across the world and through time exploring world cultures and customs experiencing the shared value of music. This series will exploit every facet of casting for children, including an interactive music-jam website, ring-tunes, webisodes, podcasts and mobisodes.

Boomstone Ent president/producer Lee Williams said, We are thrilled to have Margot a part of this series. Her story telling and narration has brought such life to these characters. We had the privilege of working with Ms. Kidder on previous animated production and couldnt imagine anyone else telling these stories of Little Melody.
