Steve Pacheco

Press Release from Blind

Blind is known for making the impossible seem possible with their top-notch production and post work, but they may have pulled their best trick yet in bringing veteran Art Director Steve Pacheco back to Blind after a half-decade absence. Pacheco has a reputation for producing standout work for top agencies and brands, including recent high-profile projects for Windows 7 via Crispin Porter + Bogusky and United States of Tara for Showtime Networks. Pacheco has also done much-lauded work for NJ Cessation, Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth presentation, and TV Land's The Hand, as well as re-brands for TNT and Rhapsody via Troika and Exopolis respectively. Digital Kitchen, Shilo, Ant Farm, National Television, Transistor, Picture Mill, King and Country, and Royale are among the laundry list a-level companies with which he's collaborated. His work has been acknowledged by D&AD, Type Directors Club, Communication Arts magazine and BDA.

"As a freelance designer and former team member, Steve has contributed to some of our best, most groundbreaking work," Noted Blind EP Dave Klienman. "We'd been pursuing him as a full-time staffer for a while and were thrilled when he decided the time was right to make the relationship permanent. As we approach our 16th year of operation, we look forward to having his talents and participation."

Prior to rejoining Blind, Pacheco spent time freelancing and working at Buck. He launched his career at Imaginary Forces in 2000 after graduating from the Art Center College of Design.
